Diaspora Arts Connection proudly presents Lebanese Armenian musician Khatchadour Katchadourian at DAC @Home on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 6:00 pm PDT. The home concert will journey across Armenia, Lebanon, Syria and Iran, traversing through the artist's vocal inspirations, and offering songs in three languages. The program will also feature the sound of the Duduk, as it weaves stories of the land and of longing.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Khatchadour is a Bay Area-based vocalist, and a Duduk woodwind instrumentalist. He sings in Armenian, and Arabic languages and has recently delved into Persian vocal systems under the tutelage of master vocalist, Mahsa Vahdat. Khatchadour has five albums to date, and is working on his sixth album, Tsav ou Shounch: Pain and Breath. his work could be found via: https://khatchmusic.com/
