Diaspora Arts Connection proudly presents Moband in San Francisco on Saturday, July 9th at 7:00 pm at Fort Mason's Cowell Theater. Please join us for a delightful presentation by band members Mohammad Khodadadi, Mohammad Talani (guitar, arrangement), Yahya Alkhansa (percussion), and Safa Shokrai (bass).

Moband will present Persian folkloric music, focused on dance music and love songs which have been systematically suppressed and banned in Iran since the Islamic Revolution of 1979. Moband has collected and arranged songs in these lesser presented genres that will no doubt delight our audiences as it has throughout Europe. (This event is rescheduled from April 23rd.)
